How to install ConvoPath on Framer

Framer sites on a paid plan can load ConvoPath site-wide from the Custom Code panel inside Site Settings.

  1. 1

    Copy your ConvoPath embed snippet

Log in to ConvoPath, open your chatbot's settings, and go to the Install / Embed section. Click 'Copy snippet' to grab the one-line <script> tag — it contains your unique workspace ID, so each site you install on stays isolated. Keep the tab open; you'll paste this snippet into your platform's admin in the next step.

  2. 2

Open Site Settings → General → Custom Code

From the Framer editor, click the project name in the top-left and choose 'Site Settings'. In the General tab, scroll to the 'Custom Code' section.

  3. 3

Paste the snippet into 'End of <body> tag'

Paste the ConvoPath <script> tag into the 'End of <body> tag' textarea. Framer auto-saves the field, so there is no separate Save button.

  4. 4

    Publish your site

Custom code only runs on published Framer sites. Click 'Publish' in the top-right of the editor and choose your live domain. The launcher will appear on every published page within a minute of the deploy completing.

  5. 5

    Verify the chatbot is live

Open your site in an incognito/private window (so you bypass any logged-in admin bars or caches). The ConvoPath launcher should appear in the bottom-right corner within 2–3 seconds. Send a test message to confirm it answers from your trained content. If you don't see the launcher, view page source and search for 'convopath' to confirm the snippet is rendering.

Framer's free Starter plan does not allow custom code — you'll need at least the Mini plan. The launcher will not appear inside the Framer editor preview; always test against the published *.framer.app or custom-domain URL in incognito.
