How to install ConvoPath on Wix
Wix sites with a Premium plan and a connected custom domain can install ConvoPath through the Custom Code panel — no Velo or developer mode required.

Copy your ConvoPath embed snippet
Log in to ConvoPath, open your chatbot's settings, and go to the Install / Embed section. Click 'Copy snippet' to grab the one-line <script> tag — it contains your unique workspace ID, so each site you install on stays isolated. Keep the tab open; you'll paste this snippet into your platform's admin in the next step.

Open Settings → Custom Code
From your Wix dashboard, select your site and go to Settings (left sidebar) → Advanced → Custom Code. Click '+ Add Custom Code' in the top-right corner.

Paste the snippet and choose 'Body - end'
Paste the ConvoPath <script> tag into the code box. Set Name = 'ConvoPath', 'Add Code to Pages' = 'All pages — Load code once', and 'Place Code in' = 'Body - end'. Click Apply. Wix will deploy the change to your live site within a minute.

Verify the chatbot is live
Open your site in an incognito/private window (so you bypass any logged-in admin bars or caches). The ConvoPath launcher should appear in the bottom-right corner within 2–3 seconds. Send a test message to confirm it answers from your trained content. If you don't see the launcher, view page source and search for 'convopath' to confirm the snippet is rendering.
Custom Code requires a paid Wix Premium plan AND a connected custom domain — the 'Custom Code' option is hidden on Free sites and on Premium sites still using a wixsite.com URL. Wix Studio sites have the same panel under Settings → Advanced → Custom Code, so the steps are identical. If you've enabled the Wix cookie/consent banner, ConvoPath will load only after the visitor accepts non-essential cookies; mark it as 'Functional' in your consent settings if you want it to load earlier.
