How to install ConvoPath on HubSpot

HubSpot CMS Hub sites can load ConvoPath sitewide via Settings → Content → Pages → Site Header & Footer HTML.

    Copy your ConvoPath embed snippet

    Log in to ConvoPath, open your chatbot's settings, and go to the Install / Embed section. Click 'Copy snippet' to grab the one-line <script> tag — it contains your unique workspace ID, so each site you install on stays isolated. Keep the tab open; you'll paste this snippet into your platform's admin in the next step.

    Open Settings → Content → Pages

    In HubSpot, click the gear icon in the top-right to open Settings. In the left sidebar go to Content → Pages.

    Paste the snippet into 'Site footer HTML'

    At the top of the Pages settings, choose your domain from the 'Select a domain to edit its settings' dropdown (or 'Default' to apply to all). Open the 'Templates' tab and scroll to 'Site footer HTML'. Paste the ConvoPath <script> tag and click Save.

    Verify the chatbot is live

    Open your site in an incognito/private window (so you bypass any logged-in admin bars or caches). The ConvoPath launcher should appear in the bottom-right corner within 2–3 seconds. Send a test message to confirm it answers from your trained content. If you don't see the launcher, view page source and search for 'convopath' to confirm the snippet is rendering.

Marketing Hub-only accounts (without CMS Hub) won't have the 'Pages' settings. In that case, scope ConvoPath to a single landing page via that page's Settings → Advanced Options → 'Footer HTML' instead. If you use HubSpot's cookie consent banner, mark ConvoPath as a 'Functionality' cookie so it loads even when the visitor declines analytics.
